Bruce Lee (The Bruce Lee Family Company) needed to turn a large social following into owned audiences — specifically Bruce Lee Insiders email subscribers — as organic reach on Facebook and Instagram declined. VIRALSWEEP provided a sweepstakes platform and integrations (Shopify, Bronto, Facebook Lead Ads) to run a promotion that would capture emails and drive social engagement.
VIRALSWEEP implemented a limited-edition Nike Kyrie 3 “Mamba Mentality” sweepstakes on a Shopify page with entry + bonus-entry actions (referrals, follows, photo uploads), Bronto integration for automated welcome emails, and Facebook Lead Ads tracking/retargeting. The campaign generated 23,489 entries, 6,205 visits, 2,589 Facebook shares and 6,794 answered questions; Facebook Lead Ads contributed 4,340 leads at an average $0.13 CPL, and Bruce Lee has since collected nearly 65,000 entries across additional VIRALSWEEP campaigns plus hundreds of customer photos — significantly growing their email list and social engagement.
