Vinta Software was engaged to explore a solution using Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform this knowledge management system.

Vinta Software conducted a focused two-week Product Discovery sprint, prototyping an AI-powered solution featuring a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. This approach enabled advanced search, automated taxonomic tagging, and AI-powered summarization tools. The deliverables provided the UN with a strategically focused scope and a clear development roadmap, significantly empowering the platform to facilitate more effective research and collaboration worldwide.
