Case Study: PlusPlus launches MVP and secures first paying client with Vinta Software

Organizational knowledge made general with React and Django

PlusPlus, led by CEO Marko Gargenta, wanted to generalize the peer-learning model from Twitter University and quickly validate it with an MVP for other organizations. Vinta Software was engaged to build the MVP and follow-on UI improvements, using Django for the backend, PostgreSQL multi-tenant schemas for isolated customer data, and React to deliver a more fluid front-end experience.

Vinta Software ran an iterative, client-driven process—helping prioritize small feature blocks, coordinating via Slack and Trello, and delivering releases despite a five-hour time shift—to implement the solution. The result was an improved UX and a production-ready platform with secure multi-tenant data isolation; importantly, PlusPlus validated the product commercially by signing its first paying client.
