Axilent is a New York–based company whose main product, ACE, is a SaaS recommendation engine that personalizes content for websites—especially e‑commerce sites—to improve the shopping experience and increase sales. To integrate ACE into client products, build e‑commerce platforms, and connect to third‑party services, Axilent partnered with Vinta Software for ongoing web development and system integration support.

Vinta Software implemented the solution using Django (including Django‑Oscar for e‑commerce), integrated ACE into client sites, and connected external APIs such as Avalara and Riskified using its open‑source Tapioca, while building React front ends, applying OpenCV for image processing, and using Docker for reliable deployment. As a result, Vinta Software enabled faster integrations and deployments, smoother UX on ACE‑powered sites, and measurable improvements in browsing experience and sales performance.
