The Royal Marsden - Customer Case Study

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust worked with Vinehealth during COVID-19 to support patients with all cancer types and help improve their mental health and wellbeing. Vinehealth provided an app-based home support tool for patients, clinicians, and caregivers, helping the trust address the challenges of remote symptom management and patient engagement.

Vinehealth delivered the app and enabled patients to track quality of life, symptoms, medication, exercise, and mindfulness while sharing reports with clinicians. The results were strong: 100% completion of the EQ-5D-5L quality of life questionnaire in the app, 2,700+ data logs, 97% patient engagement, and 87% of patients reported improvements in depression, fatigue, stress, and anxiety.
