Vinculum implemented Vin eRetail in two phases to first automate manual warehouse operations and then align systems with Riverwood’s expansion roadmap. The solution enabled multichannel order management, real-time inventory visibility across channels and locations, client-level inventory segregation, and fulfillment from multiple warehouses, helping Riverwood improve operational efficiency and better support business growth.
