Sulzer, a company specializing in pumping solutions and services for rotating equipment, needed an online condition monitoring system to detect potential equipment failures early and optimize maintenance planning. They partnered with vendor Vincit to develop the Sulzer Sense wireless IoT solution.

Vincit built the data platform and customer portal for the solution, which allows users to remotely monitor equipment status 24/7 from any device. This saves manual inspection time, prevents unplanned downtime, and enables predictive maintenance. The platform, built on Microsoft Azure and integrated with an existing SAP portal, provides secure access to real-time data and documentation.
