Beresford Wilson & Partners (BWP), a UAE-based recruitment specialist focused on executive search across real estate, energy, construction and architecture, needed a more scalable technology platform to support growth. Previously using Zoho mainly as a candidate repository, the firm lacked the functionality, efficiency and analytics needed to expand into new sectors and widen market reach.
BWP selected Vincere, the recruitment CRM/ATS, to replace its outdated setup with a more efficient, visible and scalable system. Vincere says its platform will help BWP evolve from a pure executive search business into a broader multidisciplinary recruitment operator, although the case study does not provide specific numerical results.
