Chapter 20, a skincare startup founded by Justin Kerzner, needed a clear way to explain its FDA-cleared antimicrobial spray and communicate why the product is safer, more sustainable, and useful across many different use cases. The team wanted to build its brand while avoiding confusing messaging, and turned to Vimeo, using Vimeo Create to help bring the product story to life through video.
Vimeo helped Chapter 20 transform existing product shots and short clips into bite-sized, shareable social content. The result was a more flexible content strategy that could support both agency-generated and user-generated media, making it easier to explain the product’s value and build community; while the case study does not give hard metrics, Chapter 20 says video has made the story easier to tell and helped create a stronger sense of trust and connection.
