How Stellantis is powering limitless learning with video

Stellantis, one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers, needed a scalable way to deliver employee learning and development for its U.K. teams through The Performance Academy. With thousands of hours of training to produce and a shift away from in-person instruction, the company turned to Vimeo, including Vimeo Enterprise, to support its video-based virtual training strategy.

Vimeo helped Stellantis expand its online training model with hands-on support for distribution, live streaming, and recording. The Performance Academy now runs near-daily live streams and manages more than 350 hours of pre-recorded training content each week, with all live sessions repurposed as on-demand assets. The result is a scalable training program reaching 16,000 unique viewers across 8,800+ videos, helping Stellantis deliver learning more efficiently and at lower cost.
