Zendesk needed a fast way to support its 170,000+ global customers and prospects as the pandemic forced everyone into remote work. To create a new customer experience format, Zendesk turned to Vimeo for live streaming and collaboration tools to launch the Zendesk Morning Show from home.

Using Vimeo, Zendesk produced and streamed a bi-weekly live show in three languages, with review tools, unlisted links, live Q&A, and LinkedIn Live simulcasting. Vimeo helped Zendesk go from concept to launch in just weeks, and the series generated strong customer engagement from the first season, growing into an ongoing program after two seasons.
