iContact, one of the original email marketing service providers, needed to improve customer acquisition as legacy software and interface design made it harder to compete with newer tools. Viget was brought in to help update the customer experience and support more trial users in becoming paying customers.

Viget revamped the end-to-end trial experience, redesigned the entire application interface, and built a modern React.js email builder from scratch. The work included technical planning, research, testing, and development, and it was completed in just fifteen weeks. The result positioned iContact to better serve new trial users with a more intuitive onboarding flow, interface, and email-building experience.
