A ViewSonic Case Study
Long Pu Elementary School, a green technology-focused school in Taiwan, faced a significant challenge with student engagement. Their traditional teaching methods were failing to motivate students, and limited resources prevented interactive and effective instruction. To address this, the school turned to vendor ViewSonic for a solution.
ViewSonic implemented a blended learning solution centered on its ViewBoard 7550-2 interactive display and the myViewBoard Classroom software. This created a learner-centered environment where students could participate in group discussions, interact with lessons, and review materials at their own pace. The results were highly positive: over 90% of students liked the integrated technology and actively participated in class, while 88% felt their academic performance in social science improved over the long term, demonstrating a significant increase in engagement and learning outcomes.
