Wilson Bowden delivered Eagles Meadow in Wrexham, a £95 million, 60‑month mixed‑use scheme designed to secure the town’s place among the UK’s top retail destinations. The complex—40 retail units with major anchors (Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Next, H&M, River Island), a 44,000 sq ft Odeon 8‑screen cinema, a 24‑lane bowling alley, 50 apartments and 1,000 parking spaces—involved 563 organisations and nearly 2,000 users, creating a major documentation, approval and communication challenge.

To centralise control across its commercial developments Wilson Bowden deployed Viewpoint For Projects (4Projects), using workflow for preliminary, construction and as‑built drawing approvals, mark‑up tools for issue resolution and the task module to manage emails and team communication. The platform streamlined approvals and collaboration across stakeholders and supported delivery of the state‑of‑the‑art Eagles Meadow complex, which opened to the public in autumn 2009.
