In 2004 Sir Robert McAlpine was awarded the design‑and‑build contract for the 60,000‑seat Emirates Stadium, a complex, 17‑acre program made up of four separate projects. The team faced an aggressive deadline to finish in time for the next Premier League season and needed to coordinate more than 100 organizations and roughly 450 users across design, infrastructure and construction under an exceptionally tight schedule.

The project used Viewpoint For Projects to centralize document control and collaboration, supporting over 72,600 uploads, roughly 753,600 downloads and nearly 59,000 drawings across 118 organizations and 461 users. With that single source of truth for documents and workflows, the stadium was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget—resulting in a completed venue with 60,000 seats, 7,000 club seats, 150 executive boxes and full match‑day facilities.
