Phoenix Electrical Technologies, a full-service electrical contractor serving Maryland, D.C., and Virginia since 1990, was running on a legacy system (Maxwell Management Suite) and struggling with paper-based timecards, manual recurring invoices, limited reporting, and imprecise workers’ comp forecasting—month-end reconciliations and other administrative tasks were time-consuming and inefficient.
After migrating to Viewpoint’s ProContractor, payroll and timecards became electronic, certified payroll, AIA and workers’ comp reports are generated accurately and quickly, recurring invoices are automated, and vendor forms are customized. The result: faster month-end reconciliations (from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes), about two hours saved monthly on invoicing, improved forecasting and cash flow, and overall more efficient operations.
