J. B. Henderson Construction Company (JBH) is a family-founded general and mechanical contractor headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, with more than 300 employees and a history dating to 1959. As a Vista™ by Viewpoint customer since 2011, JBH faced time-consuming, siloed data and inconsistent project records that made RFP/RFQ responses and resume/report generation slow and dependent on finance-created reports.

By integrating Cosential CRM with Vista using the Financial Data Connector and leveraging Cosential’s phonetic search, JBH consolidated data flows so marketing and proposal teams can access schedules, budgets, personnel and public-project details without involving finance. The integration reduced proposal data-mining time (saving about three hours on average per proposal), eliminated repetitive report requests to the controller, and sped RFQ/RFP responses while breaking down departmental silos.
