Isoler, a UK fire protection specialist, needed a reliable way to deliver traceability, compliance, and easy access to records across its retrofit and general contracting work. To replace paper-based processes and support the “golden thread” of data required under the Building Safety Act, Isoler turned to Viewpoint Field View.

Viewpoint implemented Field View, using its Forms function to digitize and customize workflows such as inspections, toolbox talks, installation records, and client sign-offs. The result was real-time cloud-based reporting, better visibility for office teams and clients, and automated PDF outputs with detailed work history and locations. Isoler now uses 40 to 50 active forms and says Viewpoint has streamlined compliance while improving traceability and professionalism.
