The project involved blind curves, 23-percent grades, limited staging space, and major safety risks, making precise coordination and visibility essential. With Viewpoint Spectrum, Hunter Contracting digitized daily logs, inspections, deliveries, and production data to improve office-to-field collaboration and real-time oversight. By comparing planned versus actual production, the team identified a drainage-channel issue that would have cost nearly $50,000 and adjusted truck staging to increase throughput from one to four trucks on the mountain at a time.
