E.ON deployed Viewpoint For Projects and its Tender Manager to centralize information sharing, automate tendering (reducing tender/bid/procurement cycles from days to hours) and provide an integrated audit trail for compliance. Rolled out over 36 months to 376 organizations and 840 users, the solution increased visibility across capital and outage projects, reduced risk, delivered direct cost savings and improved overall project and business efficiencies.
