Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is Idaho’s only countywide highway district, responsible for nearly 2,400 centerline miles (about 5,000 lane miles) of roads. ACHD struggled with labor‑intensive, manual timekeeping that required CSV exports and spreadsheet uploads, a cumbersome field‑to‑office workflow for unapproved invoices and purchase orders, and a lack of integrated time management with their Vista ERP.

ACHD implemented Viewpoint Field Management, Viewpoint HR Management and Viewpoint Financial Controls fully integrated with Vista to automate time entry, streamline invoice approvals and enable field PO issuance. The changes recovered about 32 hours per month previously spent on manual time entry, raised employee satisfaction, reduced errors across office and field operations, and added timesheet retention for data protection and easier recovery.
