VIDIZMO enables NESIC to Stream and Manage their Video Assets

NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation (NESIC), a leading Japanese IT solutions provider, struggled with productivity loss from frequent Zoom and MS Teams meetings—many with large numbers of passive attendees. To shift to an asynchronous work style and securely organize recorded meetings, NESIC turned to VIDIZMO EnterpriseTube for a consolidated, compliant video management solution.

VIDIZMO integrated with Zoom and MS Teams to automatically ingest, transcribe and translate recordings (English and Japanese), clip and tag content, and provide SSO, role-based access and separate portals for internal and external use. As a result, NESIC deployed the platform to 5,732 users, uploaded 144 videos in four months and logged 982.55 hours watched, while expanding use to training, onboarding, marketing and partner co-creation—improving knowledge sharing and reducing time spent in live meetings.
