The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation needed a secure, on‑premise solution to stream live and on‑demand video—training, town halls and news—across 30+ facilities and to selective external audiences while preventing unauthorized access. To meet requirements for strict access controls, hybrid hosting and seamless streaming, they engaged VIDIZMO (EnterpriseTube integrated with Wowza Streaming Engine).

VIDIZMO implemented EnterpriseTube on CDCR’s hybrid/on‑premise infrastructure, integrating with existing Wowza servers to provide video portals, role‑based access control, multitenancy and hybrid storage. The deployment enabled secure live and on‑demand streaming across 30+ facilities, segregated internal and public content, simplified permission management, and allowed CDCR to keep sensitive content on‑premise while delivering public content from the cloud.
