Userneeds Uses VIDIZMO to Store and Share their Recorded Video Conferences Securely with their Clients

Userneeds, a Copenhagen-based market research firm operating across the Nordics, Ireland and Switzerland, needed a secure way to store and share a growing library of recorded video conferences with clients while meeting strict GDPR requirements. They also faced scaling challenges and difficulty sharing content stored on local drives. To address this, Userneeds selected VIDIZMO and its EnterpriseTube solution (deployed with Azure Media & Cognitive Services) as a white-label platform for hosting and streaming their videos.

VIDIZMO deployed EnterpriseTube on EU Azure datacenters to provide GDPR-compliant, scalable cloud storage, role-based access control, password protection, and time-limited sharing so recordings are automatically removed or become inaccessible after the set period. As a result, VIDIZMO enabled simpler user-group management, granular permissions and device-agnostic playback, delivering secure, auditable sharing and streamlined administration for Userneeds’ client-facing video library.
