Nalco Water - An Ecolab Company, a global leader in water treatment, needed a single, easy-to-use way to communicate with and manage access for its vast, geographically dispersed workforce (over 40,000 employees) without creating separate login IDs. To solve this, Nalco evaluated vendors and selected VIDIZMO, using VIDIZMO Live Presenter & Recorder, VIDIZMO Player, VIDIZMO Channel and the VIDIZMO ID Connector to integrate video communications with their line-of-business apps and directory services.

VIDIZMO implemented a centralized video channel with live/recorded presentations, campaign-based distribution and Active Directory integration for single sign-on, allowing employees and stakeholders to view content on demand from anywhere. As a result, VIDIZMO enabled secure, global distribution of announcements and training, centralized user management for 40,000+ users, automatic AD sync with no extra configuration, and a measurable reduction in Nalco’s IT workload and resource overhead.
