DexMedia, a print and digital marketing company, uses VIDIZMO in a cloud-based solution to conduct internal webcasts for communication and training for a geographically dispersed sales team. DexMedia utilizes multiple video streams to broadcast to their 5,000 employees, namely a multicast stream for an internal audience in a Windows configured network, and a HLS stream for their external virtual sales force using Apple products, as well as for remote employees working from home. DexMedia makes use of both live and on-demand video for product demonstration videos, corporate messaging, live streaming, live and on-demand webinars and event videos. In addition, DexMedia heavily utilizes VIDIZMO’s analytics to monitor media usage by its employees – an important determinant of their team’s learning and marketing knowledge, which has a direct impact on employee competence, productivity, and overall sales outcomes.
