CUNA Mutual - Customer Case Study

CUNA Mutual is an insurance agency that provides commercial and consumer insurance as well as other financial services to worldwide customers, cooperatives and credit unions. Prior to implementing VIDIZMO Virtual Academy, CUNA Mutual was using a range of disparate solutions to address a variety of its business needs for communication, marketing, and training using video and interactive SCORM courses. Not only did the individual solutions not meet CUNA Mutual’s comprehensive needs for their video usage, it also proved to be extremely costly and inefficient since various solutions did not integrate with one another, and therefore, couldn’t be used coherently. CUNA Mutual also plans to utilize VIDIZMO Virtual Academy for gamified learning comprising of group-based competitions and interactive learning programs.
