SONGWON Industrial Group, a global specialty chemicals manufacturer, needed a more flexible and user-friendly way to support video communication across its international offices and with external partners. While some teams used Skype for Business and the IT team used a separate solution for larger events, SONGWON wanted a centralized, cloud-based videoconferencing platform that could work across different devices and locations. Videxio was evaluated as the vendor for this need.

Videxio implemented a cloud videoconferencing service with virtual meeting rooms for up to 50 users per room, plus support for SIP/H.323 room devices through a managed service. The solution was adopted easily thanks to its simplicity, reliability, and strong user experience, driving growth through word of mouth and enabling everyday collaboration, training, and external meetings without technical barriers. As a result, SONGWON expanded video use across the business and planned to add more Cisco videoconferencing devices to its meeting rooms.
