Jumbo Maritime, a Netherlands-based ocean transportation company with more than 45 years of experience, needed a flexible way to support strategic communication across global teams and board members. Working with Videxio, they looked for a cloud video solution that could connect people in different locations, support virtual meeting rooms for long-term projects, and allow ship-based teams without data access to join by audio dial-in.

Videxio implemented global cloud video conferencing and VMRs, giving Jumbo Maritime a system that could be switched on or off as needed without managing its own data lines. The result was regular board meetings and daily sales updates by video, replacing more expensive audio calls, improving collaboration, and reducing travel. Jumbo also used the platform for ad hoc training and multi-stakeholder projects, including eliminating unnecessary international flights for a single 2-hour meeting.
