Siemens - Customer Case Study

Siemens, the global industrial technology company, faced a major recruitment marketing challenge: how to connect and engage passive candidates across more than 200 countries while filling tens of thousands of globally dispersed roles each year. To improve reach, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes, Siemens partnered with VideoMyJob and introduced in-house video production for recruitment marketing and talent acquisition.

VideoMyJob helped Siemens pilot video job ads and train recruiters across multiple countries to create better on-camera messaging and shareable content. The results included stronger engagement and click-through rates, a 2.78% CTR on video job ads, average view time of 50% versus a 30% YouTube benchmark, 180% more applicants for hard-to-fill roles in Denmark, and a 14-day reduction in time-to-fill. Siemens also reported faster hires in several roles and a more professional, innovative talent acquisition function.
