Case Study: Pineywoods Community Academy enhances student and staff safeguarding with Videoloft

Pineywoods Community Academy unifies 116 cameras with Videoloft

Pineywoods Community Academy, a charter school in Texas, needed a unified cloud storage solution to streamline surveillance operations and enhance student and staff safeguarding across its multiple buildings. Their challenge was integrating a mix of 54 analog and IP cameras from challenging-to-access DVRs into a centralized system, especially with a new building planned. They chose Videoloft for its cloud video surveillance service to meet this need.

Videoloft provided a simple, affordable, and compatible solution that integrated with the school's existing 116 cameras without requiring costly replacements. The school initially opted for 7 days of cloud storage but extended it to 30 after seeing the benefits. The result was a highly efficient central platform that gave staff easy on-site and offsite access to all footage, saving significant time and greatly improving their ability to monitor and respond to incidents across the campus.
