Case Study: Newvision Security Solutions achieves portable cloud-based site security with Videoloft

Newvision Security Solutions enables 24/7 remote site security with Videoloft

Newvision Security Solutions, a UK-based security company, faced the unique challenge of providing portable, wireless surveillance for temporary sites like construction lots and remote parking areas that often lacked both power and reliable internet. They needed a compact, cloud-based system capable of operating on 4G networks. To solve this, they partnered with Videoloft and implemented its cloud adapter, which eliminated the need for an on-site recorder.

The Videoloft solution provided a reliable, solar-powered CCTV system. Video is securely stored in the cloud and is easily accessible to both Newvision and its clients via a mobile app. A key result is continuous recording even during internet outages, with footage automatically uploading when connectivity is restored. Videoloft also enabled additional features like Timelapse for clients. Most importantly, the system has significantly improved site security, leading to numerous arrests and the prevention of dangerous activities on client properties.
