Remote Ally, a security business based in California, faced a challenge during the COVID-19 lockdowns as their primary customer base was vacated, limiting new sales. With Videoloft, they built a Virtual Guard Post (VGP), a standalone system featuring a Videoloft Cloud Adapter for remote access. This allowed customers to view live and recorded video from anywhere via a branded mobile app. The solution was a success, generating extremely positive feedback from customers and resulting in regular inbound inquiries through word-of-mouth, despite no outbound marketing.
