eBags.com, the world’s largest online retailer of bags and accessories, wanted to make its shopping experience better than an in-store experience while helping shoppers navigate a broad product range and bringing its online-only brand personality to life. It also needed a way to let customers evaluate its private-label products, which were not available in stores.

The company reported double-digit conversion increases in its first full year, conversion rate increases of between 50-139% for shoppers who watched video, and an overall conversion rate increase of 70%; its ROI across three top-ranking videos was more than 5,600%.
