VideoCommerce helped Costco increase video uploads by 165% in the U.S. and 384% in Canada from 2011 to 2013, while play rates rose 240% in the U.S. and 497% in Canada; the company also reported a 10.5% year-over-year increase in site conversion rates for e-commerce products.
