RaceTrac, the Atlanta-based retail company, needed a better way to manage high-volume hiring across more than 600 stores in 12 states. Its recruiting processes were largely manual and inconsistent across markets, and recruiters did not have enough time to screen thousands of candidates each month, schedule interviews, and keep up with administrative work.

RaceTrac implemented VidCruiter as its interview management system, using features including interview scheduling, pre-recorded and live video interviews, structured interviews, realistic job previews, and a Workday integration. In the first five months, RaceTrac completed 8K interviews companywide, including 2.9K pre-recorded and 5K live video or in-store interviews. Interview attendance increased from 50% to 70% to 85%, scheduled interviews rose 167%, and overall interview attendance increased 20%.
