Isaac Operations Hires Qualified Consultants By Digitizing Recruitment Methods

Isaac Operations, a consulting firm that improves operational processes across industries, faced a heavily paper-based, travel-intensive hiring process managed by a two-person recruitment team led by Jenna Wilson. During a short annual recruiting window (Sept–Nov) they received roughly 1,500 applications and spent significant time administering and hand-marking on-campus tests. VidCruiter digitized Isaac’s custom skills tests, introduced pre-recorded video interviews, live video selection days with digital breakout rooms, and a built-in rubric for consistent scoring. The new process eliminated paper waste, saved ~125 hours each fall by removing manual grading, expanded their candidate pool from individual campuses, and moved interviewing from ~12 people per day to a continuous, on-demand flow; about 10% reach selection day and ~1% receive offers.
