FGH Security, a leading UK private security firm, faced a lengthy, manual mass-hiring process: thousands of single-click applications, weak insight from resumes, time-consuming interview scheduling, frequent no-shows, and difficulty recruiting outside their northwest base. To address this, FGH engaged VidCruiter and adopted its Applicant Tracking System, Pre-Recorded Video Interviews, Live Video Interviewing, and Automated Interview Scheduling.
VidCruiter moved FGH’s hiring online with automated screening, pre-recorded and live video interviews, and self-service scheduling with reminders, giving recruiters fast insight into candidate fit and reducing no-shows. As a result, VidCruiter helped FGH screen thousands of applicants, hire 300 people in four weeks, and cut time-to-hire from about 7–10 days to 48 hours (saving roughly 8 days), while lowering drop-out rates and enabling expansion into new cities.
