Pecos, TX Water Recycling Facility Owner completes project 3–4 weeks early with Victaulic

The customer, the owner of a water recycling facility in Pecos, Texas, needed to bring their new facility online quickly and safely. They recognized that traditional welded and flanged joining methods would not meet their goals, so they partnered with vendor Victaulic for a full-service fabrication and Virtual Design & Construction solution.

Victaulic provided a prefabricated, internally plastic-coated piping solution using their grooved products, including Style HP-70 EndSeal Couplings and Series 727 Ball Valves. By fabricating 94% of the joints off-site, Victaulic enabled the project to be completed 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule and eliminated two weeks of on-site risk for the customer.
