Accountor Northwest, a Norway-based accounting and advisory services firm serving 500+ clients and processing more than 200,000 invoices annually, needed to improve invoice-processing efficiency and scalability. Working with Vic.ai Solution Partner Propell.ai, Accountor Northwest implemented an AI-driven invoice workflow that integrates with PowerOffice without disrupting customer processes. The solution delivers rapid learning and accurate invoice prediction across header, line, and dimension data, and has reduced processing time to just 54 seconds per invoice on average. Accountor Northwest also reported a smooth rollout to more than 250 customers in a single go-live, with strong early results and significant potential for further automation.
