Vibes built a holiday SMS program that sent customers an interactive microsite link after texting a keyword, letting them dress and customize a holiday furry friend on their mobile device. Users could share creations via Facebook and Twitter, send wish lists to Santa, and click through to the Build‑A‑Bear mobile shop — driving engagement, social advocacy and incremental mobile purchases while positioning the brand as a mobile innovator.
