To reach its 30 million loyalty customers more effectively, Chipotle turned to Vibes and its SMS marketing and automation capabilities as part of a broader mobile marketing strategy.
Vibes helped Chipotle optimize which customers received which offers and on which channels, enabling personalized communications at scale. The results were strong: Chipotle’s text campaigns generated a 4x higher click-through rate than email, and it built a base of more than 3 million active digital wallet loyalty cards saved by Rewards members.
