Vibes implemented interactive quizzes, voting, and keyword-based listening campaigns, along with multilingual SMS support for US English, Spanish, Canadian English, and Canadian French. The results were strong: the retailer earned 39% higher-than-average revenue per message, generated more than $50K from two SMS offers, saw an average redemption rate of 6%, and achieved a standout 30% redemption rate on one campaign.
