Apparel Retailer, one of North America’s biggest apparel retailers, wanted to unlock more value from its mobile program by using new channels to better engage subscribers. Working with Vibes and its mobile engagement platform, the retailer aimed to deliver more personalized, multichannel messaging while managing growing SMS volume.

Vibes implemented message delivery optimization and carrier-direct SMS infrastructure to support the retailer’s expanding program. The results included interactions with more than 1.2 million SMS subscribers, a 28% year-over-year increase in push-enabled app users, and an average return of $0.11 for every $0.003 spent per delivered message. Overall, Vibes helped Apparel Retailer increase mobile-attributed revenue by 34% year over year.
