Earth Rated, a maker of dog poop bags and other pet-care products, faced a permanently hybrid workforce as it built a new Montreal office during COVID-19. They needed an affordable, unified collaboration solution to replace disparate conference-room setups and to outfit eight new conference rooms plus shared spaces. After evaluating options, they chose Vibe and deployed Vibe Board devices so every room could support seamless hybrid meetings.

Vibe installed Vibe Boards across eight huddle spaces and a Vibe Pro 75” in the kitchen, integrated with Google Meet and the Vibe Canvas app so remote participants can interact as if they were in the room. The result: Vibe is now used in 100% of Earth Rated’s meetings, enabling more collaborative sessions, preserving face‑to‑face communication for a growing team, and helping the company build culture across locations.
