How Mr. Castillo's class achieved the district’s highest test scores with Vibe Board

Washington Elementary School’s 4th Grade ELP teacher, Riego Castillo, wanted a more interactive way to engage students, support independent learning, and improve academic performance. After trying other displays and projectors, he turned to Vibe and used the Vibe S1 55″ smartboard to make lessons more tactile, visual, and student-centered.

With Vibe, Riego integrated apps, shared content across devices, supported hybrid learning, and gave students more hands-on control of the board. The result was a major boost in engagement and learning: students used the board 75% of the time, independent learning time tripled, over 42,000 IXL skills were passed through Vibe Board, and the class consistently earned the district’s highest test scores.
