Endless Events, a hybrid event production company with 25 hubs across the U.S., faced the need to make remote collaboration more creative and engaging as the pandemic forced events and design sessions online. Seeking a solution beyond screen-sharing and static slides, Endless Events selected Vibe’s interactive whiteboard to add a larger, touch-enabled canvas for real-time brainstorming and client-facing sessions.

Vibe’s interactive board was rolled out across Endless Events’ teams and workflows, used for storyboarding, operations planning, client whiteboarding, and integrated with Zoom and Slack so attendees could collaborate whether or not they had Vibe hardware. The Vibe board made meetings more dynamic, saved time by consolidating tools and notes, increased engagement with clients and internal teams, and is now integrated into the organization’s daily workflow as a primary collaboration tool.
