Northamptonshire County Council sought to enhance the safety and management of its e-scooter trial with VOI by designing, implementing, and enforcing new mobility regulations. They partnered with Vianova to address this challenge using the Vianova Intelligence Platform.

Using the Vianova platform, the council could digitally create and instantly communicate new geofenced rules directly to the operator. This allowed for the rapid implementation of no parking, no riding, and low-speed zones. Vianova provided monitoring and reporting, which helped cut the number of public complaints in half and manage over 170,000 trips more effectively.
