How ViaBill Increased Alien Outfitter's AOV & Number of Transactions

Alien Outfitters, a leading manufacturer of alien-themed apparel, wanted to increase transactions and meet customer demand for flexible payment options. In May 2019 they integrated ViaBill’s customer-financing solution (the on-page "Pricetag," Modal and checkout option) into their webshop as an added payment method.

ViaBill’s solution lets shoppers buy now and pay in four interest-free monthly payments; after integration, 14.86% of Alien Outfitters’ transactions used ViaBill and orders placed with ViaBill showed a 58.60% higher average order value compared to traditional payment methods. The ViaBill add-on delivered these gains quickly and required no changes to Alien Outfitters’ existing setup.
