Global Automotive Company places 85 permanent and contract staff with VHR Global Technical Recruitment

A major automotive company faced the challenge of building a complete team to support its aggressive return to world class endurance racing and its aim to be the first car of its kind to enter the WEC. VHR Global Technical Recruitment was engaged to execute a rapid recruitment campaign for engineering and production roles based in Germany.

VHR identified and recruited a full team of design engineers and industry specialists for the build period, including Composite Technicians and Motorsport Fabricators. As a result of this partnership with VHR Global Technical Recruitment, the client won three of the six races it entered that year, finished second in a major sports car race, and became world champions the following year. The collaboration resulted in the placement of over 85 permanent and contract staff.
